The people here are adults and everybody has a friendly attitude and act like adults. If you choose to upgrade your space nobody has a problem with it and only give compliments. The management is just down to earth and good natured. She shows respect to everybody equally and the same in return. I believe I can be happy living here.

Today (7-14-'19) was my 1st stop in here with family friend for a church friend's birthday event in the clubhouse. I was impressed with how well the park, trailers, lots, streets, club house, and pool are kept up. Very inviting.

By far the best mobile home park in area, close to shopping, doctors offices, sunrise mall, old town folsom is just 15 minutes drive away. Its a safe senior park filled with wonderful residents. Its an epic place to work and live.
